RC Plan Terms & Conditions

Home Care Membership Plan Terms and Conditions

Enrollment in the Home Care Membership Plan requires a 12-month commitment beginning on the date of enrollment. By purchasing this plan, Member agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Initial Property Reset
Enrollment includes an Initial Property Reset provided at a discounted member rate as part of this 12-month agreement. This discounted pricing is offered in consideration of Member’s agreement to maintain the plan for the full 12-month term.

2. Monthly Payments
Member agrees to maintain active monthly payments for the full 12-month term. Payments will be automatically billed to the payment method provided at enrollment.

3. Early Cancellation or Default
If Member cancels the plan before completing the 12-month term, or if payments are not maintained as agreed, RC Pressure Washing TX may invoice Member for the difference between the discounted Initial Property Reset member rate and the standard non-member retail price for services rendered.

This amount shall be limited to the discount received and shall not exceed the value of discounts actually provided under this Agreement.

4. Missed or Failed Payments
Failed or declined payments may result in a late fee, suspension of membership benefits, delayed scheduling, or cancellation of membership if not cured within a reasonable notice period.

5. Scheduling and Service Delivery
Included maintenance visits must be scheduled during the membership term and are subject to reasonable scheduling availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and property access.

6. Property Eligibility
Plan pricing applies to qualifying homes up to 2,500 square feet unless otherwise agreed in writing. Homes exceeding this size may incur additional fees at discounted member rates, which may be applied to monthly payments.

7. Member Discounts and Benefits
Membership discounts, priority scheduling, and included services apply only while membership remains active and in good standing.

8. Transferability
Membership is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled property address.

9. Limitation of Services
Services included are limited to those described in the selected plan. Additional services requested outside the plan scope may be quoted separately.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the selected plan details and service description, constitute the entire agreement between Member and RC Pressure Washing TX.

12. Authorization
By enrolling, Member authorizes recurring billing and acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Automatic Renewal and Non-Renewal
This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive 12-month renewal terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.

Upon renewal, membership shall continue at the then-current renewal rates in effect at the time of renewal, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Member may elect not to renew by providing written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days before the end of the current term. If proper notice of non-renewal is provided, the Agreement shall terminate at the end of the current term, and no early termination charges or repayment of discounts shall apply after completion of the initial 12-month term.

If no notice of non-renewal is provided, Member authorizes recurring billing to continue during the renewal term under these Terms and Conditions.

Founding Member pricing shall remain in effect during renewal terms so long as Member maintains continuous active membership in good standing without lapse or default.
